* The following conditions apply to reservations without cancellation insurance:

• In case of cancellation, we refund 95% of the down payment up to 15 days before arrival.
• Less than 15 days and up to 7 days, 100% of the down payment is retained for another stay (1 year) or 50% is refunded.
• Less than 7 days results in a loss of 100% of the down payment.
• Any modification to the reservation must be made at least 15 days in advance of the arrival date.
• Information Note: In case of not completing the reserved stay, the amount for the unused nights will not be refunded.
• Weather conditions are not a reason for cancellation.

No, it is not possible to reserve a specific accommodation number or plot.

At the time of booking, you secure a plot at the campsite but not a specific one.

No, bed linen can be rented or brought from home, and guests can check the bed size in the accommodation section.

Marriage Pack (sheets + 2 large towels + 2 hand towels): €10/stay.

Single Pack (sheets + 1 large towel + 1 hand towel): €7/stay.

All accommodations have blankets, duvets, and pillows.

No, none of the accommodations have bathroom products.

In the accommodation, you will find a cleaning kit with a scrubbing brush, soap, matches, and a cloth. There is also a broom, mop, bucket, and 2 complimentary rolls of toilet paper.

None of our accommodations have air conditioning, but they all have heating.

All accommodations have a Novell Piccolo coffee maker. Upon arrival, you will find two complimentary capsules, and additional ones can be purchased at the campsite supermarket. If desired, guests can request an Italian coffee maker at the reception.

The only accommodations with an oven are the Grand Bungalow and the Grand Chalet.

The accommodations with a dishwasher are the Grand Bungalow, the Grand Chalet, the Canadian Plus Chalets, the Bungalow Suite, and the Junior Suite Bungalow.

All our accommodations have their own private barbecue.

Only charcoal use is permitted, and guests can bring their own or purchase it at the campsite supermarket.

Check-in time for accommodations is at 4:00 PM.

You can inquire at reception in advance if early arrival is possible at the campsite.

Check-out time for accommodations is at 12:00 PM.

In low season, the weekend offer includes late check-out, allowing guests to depart at 5:00 PM.

Even if the accommodation needs to be vacated, guests can still use the campsite facilities until 5:00 PM, upon request.

We accept pets in the Grand Bungalow, Loft Bungalow, Ground Floor Bungalow, Loft Plus Bungalow, Junior Suite Bungalow, and Pods. Price: €10/pet/night.

Pets are not allowed in the Chalets or the Bungalow Suite.

The campsite has special toilets for people with reduced mobility. There are also ramps providing access to the main buildings, bar/restaurant, reception, and toilets.

We have one fully adapted accommodation, the Grand Chalet.

Visits are only permitted for guests staying at the campsite.

The host must receive their visitors at reception upon arrival and ensure that they are properly registered. To do this, the respective official identification documents must be presented, and the applicable fee must be paid at the time of entry.

Visitors can enjoy the facilities throughout the day but cannot stay overnight at the campsite. In this case, they will need to pay the overnight fee.

During July and August, visitors are not allowed to bring dogs.

Yes, the campsite offers free Wi-Fi service.

The areas with the strongest signal are next to the reception and the bar/restaurant.

There are some accommodations and plots where the Wi-Fi signal may not reach.

Yes, from the campsite, you can reach Camprodon via a path parallel to the road. It’s approximately 2.5km.

The distance from the campsite to Molló Parc is 10km.
